… a fabulous turn of the century Borax Soap sign, of course! Measuring 24 inches by 7 inches (61 cm x 18 cm), this vibrantly lithographed sign is no riddle – it’s the real deal. This single-sided advertique was manufactured in England in the early 1900’s.
The sign is not without faults, it has age related wear to include areas of oxidisation,
scratches and scattered areas of litho loss, especially around the edges. Despite normal wear, this antique holds its age incredibly well.
Full of character and oozing a very turn-of-the-century feel about it, this great piece of advertising would stand out on its own, or take pride of place in an advertising collection.
