Item: Antique Lipton Tea Double-sided Enamel / Porcelain Sign
Circa: 1900-1910
Enamel/Porcelain heavy metal double-sided sign in good condition for age, with very deep, bright blue background which makes a stunning presentation. There is age-related wear to include some lose of enamel to edging on both sides and attempted restoration to lettering on one side. A lovely example of early Lipton Tea advertising.
This is truly a museum piece – it came from the Mouldsworth Motor Museum near Chester, England, which closed in early 2013.
